1. Who we are

Terra Bumi Global is the data controller for information handled through this website and our enquiry channels. Contact details are on our Contact page.

2. What we collect

  • Information you send us. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone we receive your name, contact details, company and whatever you choose to tell us about your enquiry.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics. If website analytics are enabled, aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics are collected. The site sets no advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and contracts, fulfil and support orders, keep records required by law, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal basis

We process your information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the business.

5. Sharing

We share information only with parties who need it to fulfil your order — for example producers, inspection agents, freight forwarders and payment banks — and with our hosting and IT providers, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

6. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept while there is a prospect of business and then for a reasonable period. Transaction and accounting records are kept for as long as Indonesian law requires.

7. Your rights

Subject to Indonesian law you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it. Contact us using the details on the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. International transfers

If you are an overseas buyer or supplier, handling your enquiry necessarily involves transferring your information to and from Indonesia.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
