1. About this website

This website is operated by Terra Bumi Global ("we", "us", "our"). It is a company profile and product catalogue. It does not process payments and does not let you place a binding order online. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

Product descriptions, specifications, product codes, images and availability are provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Images may be illustrative. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance or a guarantee that a given product, grade or quantity is available.

Any enquiry you send us (by WhatsApp, email or otherwise) is a request for information, not an order. An order exists only once specification, quantity, price, packaging and delivery terms have been confirmed in writing by both parties, and — for larger orders — a contract has been signed. Those written terms, not this website, govern the transaction.

We source to Export / Premium standard and inspect every consignment against the agreed specification before shipment. Specific quality, testing and acceptance criteria for an order are set out in the confirmation or contract for that order.

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial reuse without our permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Terra Bumi Global name, logo and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
